Bought Native pecans in the 24 pound lot and am pleased all came in thick professionally sealed 1 pound bags so could toss lots into the freezer for preservation until wanted. The bags are heavy duty and after opening always reliably reseal. I worked out timing tactics for simply microwave roasting single layer batches of 50 grams as a crunchy snack portion and they taste smooth without residual bitterness. The Natives are somewhat like fingernail size small which I like because get to enjoy their mouth feel instead of a chaw load. Pecans are subject to yearly weather conditions affecting the crops' composition, but I'll be buying more Natives from YorkPecans now that I know their source trees can yield such good tasting nuts.

Very very good. Great for snacking.
