2 ½ cups Pecan Meal
¼ cup Sugar
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine pecan meal, sugar, and butter.
- Transfer mixture to a pie pan and shape. Place in the fridge for 45 minutes or the freezer for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Take out of the fridge/ freezer and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
