1 lb Velveeta
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Pecan Pieces
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Worcestershire Sauce
Chili Powder
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl add the Velveeta and cream cheese. Put in the microwave and heat until melted.
- Stir Velveeta and cream cheese until combined. Then stir in pecans, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place the bowl in the fridge and let the cheese stiffen until it is easy to shape into a ball or log. Could be 3 minutes to an hour.
- Take out of the fridge and form cheese into a ball or log shape. You can also make more than one ball or log.
- Cover your cheese ball or log in chili powder, set on a plate and place back in the fridge until ready to eat.
- When ready, take it out of the fridge, serve, and enjoy!
