Chili Powder Pecan Cheese Ball

This Chili Powder Pecan Cheese Ball is a bold and savory appetizer that packs a punch of flavor in every bite. The result is a perfect balance of creamy, spicy, and nutty, perfect for pairing with crackers, veggies, or fresh bread. It’s the ultimate party pleaser—easy to make, hard to resist. 


1 lb Velveeta 
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Pecan Pieces
1 tsp Garlic Powder 
Worcestershire Sauce
Chili Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add the Velveeta and cream cheese. Put in the microwave and heat until melted.
  2. Stir Velveeta and cream cheese until combined. Then stir in pecans, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Place the bowl in the fridge and let the cheese stiffen until it is easy to shape into a ball or log. Could be 3 minutes to an hour.
  4. Take out of the fridge and form cheese into a ball or log shape. You can also make more than one ball or log.
  5. Cover your cheese ball or log in chili powder, set on a plate and place back in the fridge until ready to eat.
  6. When ready, take it out of the fridge, serve, and enjoy!
