Bundt Cake
1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 1/4 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/3 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Pecan Topping
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Chopped Pecan Pieces
1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Mix ingredients for pecan topping, then pour into bottom of bundt pan.
- Mix cake ingredients well and pour into the bundt pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
