Do you love brownies, marshmallows, peanut butter AND pecans? If so, this is the perfect recipe for you.
This delicious brownie is topped with pecan meal and swirled together with brownies and marshmallow fluff to make the most delicious, easy brownie!
1 boxed Brownie Mix & Ingredients (Egg, Butter or Oil)
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Marshmallow Fluff
1/4 cup Pecan Meal
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a glass 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper.
- Make brownies according to box recipe. We like to sub out butter for oil. It’s a 1-1 ratio.
- Sprinkle pecan meal on top of brownies.
- Use a table spoon to plop fluff and peanut butter on top of brownies. There is no right or wrong way to do this, simply make sure they are both evenly distributed around the top.
- Use the other end of your spoon to swirl the fluff and brownies together.
- Place in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
- Allow the brownies to cool. Cut and enjoy!
