½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
¾ cup Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
¼ cup Pecan Meal
spoonful Peanut Butter
Instructions:
- Add old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, pecan meal, and peanut butter to a jar. Mix really well.
- Put the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Take it out of the fridge and shake well.
- Put the jar back in the fridge for about 2 more hours and then take it out and enjoy! You can also leave it overnight and eat it the next morning.
