2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup Milk
½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
⅓ cup Oil
⅔ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
Small Chopped Pecan Pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together all ingredients.
- Fill the muffin pan and bake for 18-22 minutes.
